My cousin asked if I could help with her daughter’s birthday cake.  She requested a castle, which of course I thought was a super cute idea!  Here’s Addie’s princess castle cake – made of chocolate and white cake, pink-dyed icing, fondant, sugar crystals, and ice cream cones.  Anyone with a love for DIY can make this cake, and it will probably be much cuter than mine!  Be sure to do two layers of icing if you’re worried about cake crumbs… I didn’t and wish that I had!
